Scheduling a Flight
Our passengers need to let us know when they are available (provide several dates, to allow for weather) and how much they weigh (to keep the temperature in the balloon envelop within a safe limit).

If pilot and crew are available on the requested dates we pre-authorize credit cards for the full amount at the time the flight is booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
There is no charge if we cancel the flight or if the customer cancels at least 48 hours in advance. The customer is charged the full amount when the flight takes place.
IMPORTANT: We cannot safely delay the launch, so if a customer does not arrive on time they are still charged the full amount (even if they do not get to fly).
